& RETURNS POLICY

This website is owned and operated by OTT Online Products. These Terms set forth are the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us.

 

This website offers visitors an extensive range of products and by accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

All OTT Online Products are certified by various worldwide organisations and supported with a manufacturers 12 Month Warranty & Quality Assurance Guarantee.

As per our Purchasing Terms and business operational structure we are unable to accept returns or exchange products unless product is received  Faulty, Damaged, or Not As Purchased.

If product is received faulty, damaged or not as purchased on delivery, a replacement product will be issued within 30 days at No Expense to the buyer. Buyer has 14 days from date product received to advise OTT Online Products.

When OTTOP receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.

OTTOP will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced product item to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the defect product to OTTOP. As per our Terms & Conditions any product being replaced must be in the same condition as buyer received it, and in the original packaging.

The service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of OTT Online Products.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

All prices shown include delivery as outlined per product.

Prior to product being sent for delivery OTTOP will advise full delivery details including tracking number.

Small parcels - Delivered via Australia Post with Tracking Number

Large Items - Delivered via area nominated courier/transport company with tracking number. Drivers will phone prior to arrange suitable delivery time.
