The coupé of this series utilized a shortened floor pan from the Giulia Berlina, designed by Bertone. Over the years, the model's name evolved from Giulia Sprint GT to Giulia Sprint, and later to GTJ (Junior) and GTV (Veloce) in the late 1960s.
