Customise - Any Floor Plan - Extra's
 
The Expandable home interior design & layout can be customised as per customer requirements. You can have a 1 room expandable without bathroom to a 4 Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom & Living. There also are options to add a 2nd Bathroom, increase ceiling height, and connect 2 x Expandable homes together.
 
The Bathroom is the only room that cannot be repositioned. The bathroom is also located at centre rear. If wanting to add a 2nd Bathroom it would be located opposite the first Bathroom centre front. Washing machines are often placed in the bathroom re plumbing.
 
The Kitchen can be positioned anywhere. It normally is located back left or right (either side of the bathroom) for plumbing purpose. If wanting to relocate the Kitchen there may be a small additional fee for the extra internal plumbing & electricals.
 
Bedrooms can be 1-4+. Standard bedroom is 4 x walls with door (locks optional) or you can have concertina walls (additional). Bedrooms can be made to any size.
 
Living Rooms can be any size & shape or made into 2 x living areas.
 
The Expandable homes include 1-4 Bedrooms, Bathroom (Toilet, Shower, Vanity), Kitchen (bench, cabinets, double sink, faucets,) and Living Area. The layout can be any design and both doors and windows can be repositioned/added.

Delivery and Assembly
Expandable Homes arrive 90% complete and take approximately 20 minutes to expand. The remaining 10% involves easy DIY installation of supplied kitset interior fittings, with instructions provided for all fixtures. These versatile homes can also be utilised as offices, granny flats, medical practices, holiday rentals, veterinary clinics, school classrooms, sports club facilities, and more.
