Expandable Kitchen
The Expandable Homes include Kitchen Cabinets, Double Stainless-Steel Sink, Faucets, Bench Top and internal Plumbing/Electricals. The Kitchen can be positioned anywhere and be customised re size/shape and designed to fit fridges, dishwashers, hot plates & ovens. 
 
The Kitchen is normally located back left or right corner (either side of the bathroom) for plumbing purpose. If wanting to relocate the Kitchen there may be a small additional fee for the extra internal plumbing & electricals.

Tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed to increase its strength compared with normal glass. Aluminium frame as per Australian Standards.

Expandable Homes are 90% complete on delivery and take approx. 20min to expand. The remaining 10% involves installing various supplied kitset interior fittings to be fixed (easy DIY) once install completed. Instructions supplied re install and fitting fixtures.
 
The portable or permanent Expandable Homes can also be used for Offices, Granny Flats, Shops, Surgery, Holiday Rentals, Vets, Classrooms, Sports Clubs, etc.
