Birch Ply is a FSC Certified, structurally graded plywood sheet  with a C Grade face and D Grade back. Birch Plywood is very dense because the plies used are thinner and the core is birch hardwood. 
 
Birch Plywood is famous for its easy machinability and screw holding strength making it superior to other plywood types. Its strength, thicker face & veneer surfaces make it a multifunctional plywood for building, construction, fittings & furniture.

Birch Plywood is considered stronger than MDF because of its composition, though this can vary based on the material thickness.
 
Plywood with a C grade veneer face is used when a solid surface is needed on non-visual elements. D grade veneer face is a non-appearance grade plywood which can include knots and defects.
