Architectural Dual-Layer Membrane Roof
The Savanna features a high-performance dual-layer tensile membrane roof system, designed to provide reliable protection in demanding outdoor environments. The PVDF architectural membrane offers excellent waterproofing, UV resistance, tensile strength and long-term weather performance while creating the distinctive sweeping roofline that defines the Savanna design.
 
An internal combination of 240G cotton insulation and 210G breathable elastic fabric creates a softer, quieter and more comfortable interior environment, improving thermal performance while maintaining the premium atmosphere expected from resort accommodation.
 
Heavy-Duty Steel Structure
A robust galvanised steel structural system provides the strength and stability required for long-term commercial applications. Engineered for outdoor use, the frame offers high load-bearing capacity, structural rigidity and wind resistance while supporting the large architectural roof and panoramic wall system.
 
Premium Composite Wall System
The solid wall construction combines wood-plastic board, insulated core panels and bamboo fibre board, delivering strength, insulation and moisture resistance with a refined natural finish.
 
The combination creates a durable, low-maintenance wall system suited to accommodation projects while maintaining the warm appearance of a high-end lodge or resort.
 
Panoramic Double-Glazed Walls
Large aluminium-framed 5 + 9A + 5 mm insulated glass panels create expansive views and a strong connection between the interior and surrounding landscape.
 
The double-glazed system improves thermal efficiency and acoustic comfort while allowing natural light to become a major feature of the accommodation. It provides the open, premium feel of modern architectural accommodation without sacrificing indoor comfort.
