The floating breakwater barriers are designed to reduce wave energy efficiently, making them ideal for marinas, sheltered bays, swimming zones, and coastal protection areas. Tested to dampen waves up to 1.2 m down to just 15 cm, they provide up to 90% wave energy reduction in rough weather conditions.
 
Each unit is a lightweight, high‑strength HDPE module shaped for optimal stability and performance. The interlocking polygon design allows flexible assembly in single to multi‑row setups depending on wave strength and site exposure. Stainless steel cables with rubber sheathing hold the modules together securely, absorbing stress and resisting wear.
 
The modules measure approximately 75cm x 28cm x 75cm and weigh only 7 kg when empty. Buoyancy can be customised by filling with water, sand, or closed‑cell foam. All units are UV‑resistant and weatherproof, making them suitable for long‑term outdoor installation. Available colours include white, black, safety orange, or custom colours to suit your environment or safety requirements.
 
These floating barriers suit a variety of marine applications and are easy to install, reposition, or remove as required. They're made from 100% recyclable HDPE and require virtually no maintenance over their service life, which exceeds 20 years in most conditions.

Assembly & Installation
Modules are joined using internal rods or cables (galvanised or stainless steel) within 50 mm EPDM tubing. Systems can be designed to accommodate specific wave heights, water depths, and exposure levels. Lifting eyes, towing points, and rigid fixtures are available for transport and additional stability.
